90 Days ~ 1~ 2 Hour Meeting every week for 13 weeks ~ 26 Hours
Get ready to find alignment in your Objectives, build a ladder of Key results, and unfold your future.
The first hour of every session is an open safe space to speak, about your accomplishments and your struggles.
We will celebrate your accomplishments and we will work on ways to tackle your struggles.
Together we will come up with a plan of action that aligns with you, we will work together to find and test solutions, and if needed get you connected to the right people, to help best.
The second hour is set for honing in on a plan of action, solutions, and people to connect with. If needed become hands-on, I will help you organize, fix technical issues, update websites and social media, give you real-time feedback, and someone to communicate with.
All of my 1~1 Clients have Group Accountability Plus access inside of my online community filled with business owners that are readily able to support each other.

The day I did this photo shoot was a great day. My photographer was awesome and she had her pup with her, which made everything so much more fun.
We walked around downtown and found different places and things and poses. I can pick this photo apart easily, and I did.
I do that in my business, and to myself so much. I'm sure a few of you can relate. I am also sure a few of you picked the photo apart before reading. It's okay I'm a total photo snob so I get it.
The parts I love about this photo will mean not so much to you but they may resonate. I hadn't been in a skirt in 4 years, so I love that I actually put aside the yoga pants..... Well, all except the pair that is peaking out on my right leg. This made the picture a nonstarter for me I always crop out my legs when using it.
But here on this page, I want you to see me... authentic and a mess.
I was born in Colorado and though the flip flops are not my only pair of shoes they are the only ones I wear.
The coffee cup is one of my favorites but it has Hot Coco in it, coffee is too bitter for my "elevated" taste buds. Give me Sushi any day.
Why is this important? Well as my client we are going to see each other at our worst and see each other at our best. I run a fully transparent ship the honesty you give me I will give you in return.
I am not here to tell you how to do your business, I am here to help you find alignment with how you want to do our business. If you like your feet in snow boots when the snow is on the ground then we are going to make sure that those are the best boot for the weather, not only are they the best, but also that you have them on the right feet, laced up correctly and to your comfort. We may go through a few different boots if you are like me and your feet don't like shoes it may take a while.
We all have things that we know we like and we have things we know we do not like. It's my responsibility to support you in the search for the right coffee. The one that warms you up and tastes like hot cocoa. We can't avoid parts of our business but we can find tools and support people to replace the dread with forward movement.
As perfect and imperfect as we all are at times, the people who show up and encourage us keep our mindset in the game. I want to celebrate our wins and brush away the disappointments. So what if you didn't get marketing done? You took care of your family because they came first. We can get it done this week!
And so we shall. This 90 days was built with you in mind, and by you, I mean my friends and networking counterparts who have made a huge impact on how I view being an accountability coach.
